- Panaskan oven suhu 150’. Dan siapkan loyang bulat ukuran 20 atau 22, lambari dengan baking paper..
- Masukkan semua bahan A kedalam panci, panaskan dengan api kecil, selama 5-10 menit.. aduk terus sampai meletup. Sisihkan sampai dingin.
- Setelah bahan A dingin, kurleb 30 menit. Masukkan 3 telur, kocok rata aja pake spatula. Lalu masukkan semua sisa bahan B.
- Tuang ke loyang yang sudah dilambari baking paper. Untuk contoknya seperti ini ya. Di body loyang, tinggibaking papernya aku lebihin 2cm, untuk mencegah supaya cake ngga gosong atasnya.
- Baking 40 menit, dalam suhu 150’c, lalu tutup cake pakai foil, oven lagi selama 20 menit. Totalnya 1jam yah...
- Test tusuk jangan lupa, pastikan stick kaliam bersih tidak ada adonan yg tertinggal, artinya cake sudah matang..
- Oiya untuk kalian yang mau pake alkohol, caranya gini : tusuk tusuk cake kalian dengan stick, lalu tuangin cherry brandy ke kue pakai sendok, perlahan ya.. lalu bungkus cake kalian dengan foil.. tunggu 1-2 hari, cake makin enak! Next aku bikin yg alkohol ya.
